User Agreement for Philippine Players

1 Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "tah77," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the legal entity operating the tah77 online gaming platform at tah77.org, authorized under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
• "Player," "you," or "User" means any individual who registers an account on the tah77 platform or accesses its services.
• "Platform" refers to the tah77 website at tah77.org, including all gaming content, wallet functionality, promotional pages, and support systems.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the tah77 Platform, associated with a unique mobile number and used to access all Platform services.
• "Wallet" or "tah77 Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a registered tah77 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player from a verified personal payment method, held in the tah77 Wallet and fully withdrawable subject to verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free spins, or credits awarded by tah77 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity verification process required of all Players before withdrawal, involving submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency that regulates all gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the tah77 Platform, completing the account registration process, or placing any real-money bet, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or game types offered on the Platform.

2.2 This Agreement becomes effective upon the earlier of: (a) the moment you click "I agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism during registration; or (b) your first access to any real-money feature of the Platform following account creation.

2.3 tah77 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to your registered mobile number and posted prominently on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notice of amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account and withdraw your Real Money Balance before the amendment's effective date.

2.4 This Agreement is available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To register and maintain an active tah77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a resident of, or physically located within, the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay;
3. You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of tah77 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
4. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or access restriction imposed by tah77 or by PAGCOR;
5. You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to engage in online gambling activities;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
7. You do not have an existing tah77 Account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.

3.2 tah77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) business days of request may result in account suspension until documentation is received and verified.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money gaming features on tah77, you must register a single Account. Each Player is permitted only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, payment methods, identities, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your: legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. You are obligated to keep this information current and must notify tah77 promptly of any changes via the support channel at [email protected].

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. tah77 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 tah77 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account registration at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, ineligibility, or violation of this Agreement.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your tah77 Account, whether or not authorized by you. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, including using a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), logging out of sessions on shared or public devices, and not sharing your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 tah77 will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password is fraudulent. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify tah77 immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected]. tah77 will suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of a legitimate security concern notification.

5.3 Account transfers, sales, or sharing with any third party are strictly prohibited. tah77 may verify the identity of the Account holder at any time, and access may be restricted until such verification is complete.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. tah77 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. Deposits from third-party accounts (i.e., accounts not in your own name) are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for Real Money Balance funds (not Bonus Balance funds subject to active wagering requirements). The following conditions apply:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name;
• tah77 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds, including source-of-funds documentation;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval; bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 4 hours; processing times may be longer during peak periods or system maintenance windows;
• tah77 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which tah77 accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider while Real Money Balance remains in your tah77 Account, or after a legitimate payout has been processed, constitutes fraudulent conduct and a material breach of this Agreement. tah77 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks, suspend the relevant Account, and reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds through applicable legal channels.

6.4 tah77 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of internal anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud checks. Where an AML hold is applied, tah77 will notify you within the timeframes prescribed by applicable law.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets placed on tah77 are final once confirmed. Except as expressly stated in the specific game rules, no cancellation of confirmed bets is permitted.

7.2 All game outcomes on tah77 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live physical equipment (for live casino games). tah77 uses only game providers holding valid independent certifications from recognized testing laboratories including eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs, and iTech Labs.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or recording of a game, tah77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Player's Real Money Balance. Where a technical error results in a payout that is clearly disproportionate to the correct game outcome, tah77 reserves the right to recover the difference, and the Player's Account may be suspended pending resolution.

7.4 Each game offered on tah77 is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between those game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics and payouts.

7.5 Return to Player (RTP) rates are published for all slot games and represent long-term statistical averages tested by independent laboratories. Actual results in any individual session may vary materially from the stated RTP.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 tah77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds, and maximum withdrawal limits. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any promotion.

8.2 Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the specified number of times before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots, as specified in each promotion's terms;
• Bonuses expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the specified validity period; expired bonuses and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds are forfeited;
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise explicitly stated;
• tah77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

8.3 Any evidence of promotional abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfill wagering requirements, or any strategy determined by tah77 to constitute bonus exploitation — will result in cancellation of bonuses, reversal of any winnings derived therefrom, and suspension of the Account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tah77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited (where permitted by applicable law), and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one tah77 Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or multi-player game formats;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes, whether discovered accidentally or sought deliberately;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Engaging in any fraudulent payment activity, including unauthorized use of payment methods belonging to another person;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or facilitating access for a person who is ineligible under Section 3;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tah77 staff, live dealers, or other players.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 tah77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR regulation seriously. The Platform offers the following player-activated controls, accessible at any time through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions are effective immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Automatic suspension of real-money gaming access when net loss reaches a specified threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications after defined periods of continuous play, reminding the Player of elapsed time and amounts wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediate closure of real-money gaming access for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period.

10.2 tah77 is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. tah77 employs age verification measures including KYC identity checks and is obligated to report any suspected underage access to PAGCOR. Players who become aware that a minor is using or attempting to use the Platform must notify tah77 immediately.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All intellectual property on the tah77 Platform — including but not limited to the tah77 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional content — is owned by or licensed to tah77. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any such intellectual property.

11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or use any content from the tah77 Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of tah77. Personal, non-commercial use of Platform content is permitted solely for the purpose of using the Platform's services as intended.

11.3 Game content and titles are the intellectual property of their respective providers and are licensed to tah77 for display on the Platform. tah77 does not represent or warrant ownership of game provider intellectual property.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tah77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

12.2 tah77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. tah77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which tah77 shall not be liable.

12.4 Nothing in this Section shall exclude or limit tah77's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 tah77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tah77 determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The Account holder has violated any provision of this Agreement;
• The Account holder is ineligible under Section 3;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose tah77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The Account is the subject of a law enforcement or regulatory inquiry;
• Suspicious transaction activity has been detected requiring investigation.

13.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any Real Money Balance will be held in escrow by tah77. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the balance will be released within five (5) business days. If the investigation establishes a material breach, balances may be forfeited in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

13.3 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment account, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

14 Dispute Resolution

14.1 In the event of a dispute between you and tah77, you must first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. tah77 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a complete dispute submission.

14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct Customer Support engagement, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. tah77 is bound by PAGCOR's jurisdiction as the Platform's licensing authority and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation.

14.3 All disputes must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.

14.4 Game outcomes determined by certified RNG or live physical equipment are final and not subject to reversal absent evidence of a technical malfunction documented by tah77's game servers.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 This Agreement and all matters arising from or connected with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Subject to Section 14 (Dispute Resolution), the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the prescribed dispute resolution process.

16 Amendments to This Agreement

16.1 tah77 may amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. The most current version will always be available at tah77.org/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly marked.

16.2 tah77 will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via SMS to your registered mobile number and via a notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Agreement) may be made without individual notice.

16.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
